Black Bean and Butternut Squash Chili

I made this from Bon Appetit magazine. VERY VERY good. Although I only used one chipotle chili. I also made a second batch, sans squash and subbed in some stew beef. Then I added 1 cup of red wine; it probably doesn’t matter but I used Head Snapper Malbec. A++
